Project Overview

Design-Build three (3) Commercial Modular Buildings (CMBs) totaling 11,000 SF to be leased for administrative use. Lease is currently in progress (Base+ 4 One-Year Options).

The buildings include a two-story commercial modular building with access systems, fire sprinkler, fire alarm and a powered wheelchair lift for ADA access.
