Goodfellow AFB - Search Trainer Renovations

MCI provided Engineering, labor, and materials for the renovations of the Search Trainers. 

First Floor: Demo the 4’ walls in Room 1, demo the floor in rooms 1&2, demo the existing riser and tread on 2 stairways, replace doorknobs, remove existing larger door between rooms 1&2, Install new carpet flooring, install new LED lights, install new HVAC units, install new wall, and walk door between rooms 1&2, install new exterior door in room1, and install 4 new windows. 

Second floor: Demo carpet, Install new HVAC units, replace missing metal panels, replace doorknobs, install new carpet flooring, install new electrical switched at stairs, and install new LED lights. 

Third Floor/Training deck: remove existing roof trainers. Reinstall 6 new roof trainers in new positions (3 on each building), Install new roofing, and install metal shade structure over both buildings.
