MCI Modular Construction Process

Step 1: Design & Engineering

Modular Concepts, Inc. can design, engineer and construct all aspects of your project. As a Design-Build General Contractor, we can coordinate the design concept drawings for our customers with our in-house design team. Then as required, we can proceed with manufacturing engineered drawings that will meet the applicable governing codes for the site where the buildings will be constructed and installed.

Step 2: Permits & Approvals

Modular Construction follows the traditional permit process and building inspections. However, the alternative construction methods used in a modular building allow for a streamlined inspection process.

Step 3: Site Development & Offsite Manufacturing

Our Commercial Modular Buildings are sectional pre-fabricated buildings that are typically manufactured at an off-site enclosed facility, where poor environmental factors are not allowed to hinder the construction timeline.

While your building is in production at an manufacturing facility, our team can assist and ensure your project has the proper layout and utilities.

Step 4: Transportation to Site & Installation
