NAS Fort Worth JRB - NAVFAC DLA LAB
Project Overview
MCI designed, manufactured, and installed an 11’4”X46’ modular facility totaling 521 SF to serve as a type C + + fuel lab at NAS Fort Worth JRB.
MCI ensured the building and its sophisticated systems performed as designed.
Scope of work included providing a proper startup of the HVAC unit, ensuring negative pressure within the space, ACT installation, completing/connecting Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, and remaining plumbing tie-ins, all excavation, proper grounding throughout the building, and finishing remaining flat work for sidewalks and entryways.
This also included replacing the existing transformer with a larger transformer to properly power the existing building and the DLA Lab.
