Secure Modular Office - Hanscom AFB

Design, manufacture, deliver and install a 4,950 SF secure modular facility meeting ICD 705 accreditation requirements.

Additionally, MCI provided the office furniture for this contract.

The facility is comprised of two separate and distinct spaces. The unsecured area includes restrooms, break room, janitor closet, electrical room, administration, and security office. The secured space includes communications room, offices, conference rooms and open office for cubicles.

Additional elements to meet the needs of the design include ABA compliant

entrance ramp and stairs, exterior windows on the unsecure portion of the building,

STC rated doors and walls as noted, break room casework, plumbing fixtures and

accessories, lighting, HVAC, fire alarm and mass notification, and power/data wiring.
